What was your favourite episode with Q in? Mine was probably the one where Q was turned into a mortal by the continuem called " Deja Q". I loved it! It was so funny. I liked the bit when Q says" How do i convince you all that I have no powers!" and then Worf says "Die". Love it!

Yes I've found it. I think that he started off a very bad and inmature guy but he got better and nicer. I think all he really wanted is for people to like him and consider him a friend. I loved Q! And unlike the tng crew i wouldnt of been anoyed if he turned up I'd be quite amused!

That's the same conclusion I came to considering all the encounters Star Fleet had with Q and how things developed over time.

I loved Q's sarcastic sense of humor when he wasn't mis-behaving too much!

I have to say i looked at Q very differantly, the Q are a race of beings who cannot be viewed through mortal eyes, a second is an eternity for a Q, in my eyes everything he did was simply him testing probing humanity, voyager made a mess of the Q in my opinion though, but i did like the concept of how some Q were in favour of self termination

I remember the episode you are mentioning. The Q who wanted to end his existence because he had become board and had done everything before. As I recall he became human and committed suicide. He was known as Quinn.

At first and for most of the episode until the end Q was against Quinn taking his own life, but in the end help Quinn take his own life. It was some kind of plant poison....don't remember what it was.
