I thought it was good, you get to see all the characters 3o yrs in the future. the only thing is, it's heavy reliance on technichal mumbo-turbo was a little corney. After 30 years, Janeway is still obsessed with Yoyager-and screws up the time line-for the umpteenth million time it seems, lol. Borg tech is much more advanced in VGRs time...it takes a whole 2 minutes to cross 50,000 lightyears! i e, 420 lightyears/second. (!) The TUVOCK sub-plot was the best part, it puts the red-alert importance into getting home fast.

I thought it was awsome and well written. But I always wondered if Harry Kim ended up being a captain again after Janeway changed the timeline. I also found some parts funny like the doc finally picked a name, and it was joe.

Being the ST tech geek, I'll give you a full account of the damage to the Borg.
The Destruction of the Hub conection points resulted in the entire Hub's network to distabalise.
This basicly ment that ever transwarp contected to the Hub in the nebula where sealed, and the gates conected to them where destroyed by the resulting graveton waves taring the entire station apart.
Also, the infecttion to the Borg thanskto Admiral janeway, resulted in the entire destruction of the Borg Unimatrix...or command site.
Because of this the collective can no longer properly function as the hive mind goes *plop*
for the borg to recover this kind of damage they would have to reconect the entire hive mind allover again. Building a new transwarp Hub would not be possible. also countless borg ships would be lost due to tehre seperation from the hive mind.
essensialy, the borg took such an amount of damage that The cardassians could finish them off.

How could it have been better, for example? Bear in mind I'm not much of a Voyager fan, and I've only seen that episode once.

I never did get to see the last episode of Voyager, but I would like to. It never has been on the times I have watched any of the voyager re-runs on spike. aside from this forum thread , I've heard only a little bit about it. Would it be inappropriate to fill me in on some more of the details?

It has been on Spike, because that was where I saw it. Apparently your timing is a bit off and you keep missing it. I'm not sure I could summarize it very well.
