I'm not at all sure that we completely understand Taxman's question, but the last movie I saw was "The Core". And I wish I hadn't wasted my time.

Wow, atoz, that was one of my favorite movies! I own only a few DVD's...and that is one of them. The Core, Austin Powers 3, and the Matrix Trilogy.
You must tell me what you didn't like about it. I'm eager to hear
Anyway, the last movie I watched was the Goosebumps Chilogy. Although, it's not really a movie. I really can't remember what movie I saw last. I'll post it when I remember.

^Sean Connery, my favourite Bond, whose yours?
I last watched Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, its alright but they get quite a few of the facts wrong about Bruce Lee's life
(I tired to make this thread abit like the What are you listening to? thread except with films)

You must tell me what you didn't like about it ["The Core"]. I'm eager to hear. Actually, Admiral, I think it would be simpler if I just listed what I DID like about the movie. Ummmm...the name they gave the drill -- "Virgil". I kept wondering how they expected a single explosion to start the core spinning again. The emergency backup plan (using the harmonics generated by a series of bombs spaced out) made so much more sense, you have to wonder why they didn't go with that plan from the start. The answer, of course, is that it is so much more dramatic to have the first plan fail. And why did they need six people to drive a drill? Answer: so they could dramatically kill off the spares one by one.

This thread is funny because I watch movies on tv all the time so my answer will change often. Quite true, hence the reason for my initial confusion. By using the word "film", I thought at first he might have meant specifically films, i. e. at a movie theater. The last movie I actually saw at a theater was "Troy".

Answer: so they could dramatically kill off the spares one by one. Haha, oh okay, that makes sense. It did sound a bit silly that one explosion would start the core back up. I actually thought the idea that the core stopped spinning was silly too. But hey, it was a movie, I guess I don't care about realism. But if you do, I completely understand.
