So they figured it out by logic. That doesn't sound much like the Weasleys, either. But it's a better theory than I had.

Oh I don't know, you have to have a certain amount of logic to have good business acumen and the Weasley twins have that in spades.

I'm not saying they are very intelligent, because obviously they are. And I suppose if they really needed the money, it wouldn't be so hard to imagine them putting their heads together for a cause.

I suppose they will use logic if it will get them something but not for good grades like hermiane! They learned alot more in that sweet shop than they did in school!

Just think of how difficult it must have been to figure out how to use the Marauder's Map!

I was watching Harry Potter this weekend and I can't believe it never occured to me before -- Godric's Hollow must be somewhere in Wales, because Hagrid carried Harry from Godric's Hollow to Surrey and had to pass over Bristol. I'm sure the rest of you Potter aficionadoes have already known this for a long time.
On nearly the same subject, I've been trying to apply a little deduction to figure out roughly where Ottery St. Catchpole is. It couldn't be south of Surrey, because in "Chamber of Secrets" it took them from midnight to just about dawn to fly there in the Ford Anglia, and Surrey is only about fifty miles from the south coast of England. George warned Fred about flying too far west, so that seems to imply pretty much straight north/northwest of Surrey, say Lincolnshire or Nottinghamshire. If it was to the east, he should have said something like "you're not flying far enough east". Any further north than Lincolnshire and the Weasleys wouldn't have come all the way into London to catch the Hogwarts Express. Of course, it could also be to the southwest, in Devonshire or Cornwall. What do you think?

I've read the books and seen the films up too now. I'm not really sure which I prefer really. There is a lot more stuff in the books then in the films but the films make the books more easy too understand. My fav film is still OOTP. THBP was more dark then I would have thought for a kids book so is the last one.
