Well, I seem to remember the Kazon landed it in "Basics" as well didn't they when they marooned the crew on that planet?
I'm not sure whether they ever actually landed it again. They definately tried it once though they couldn't get past the storms.
(Edit: Add to that "Dragon's Teeth" and "Demon")

I think officially they landed 4 times that viewers got to see. But what about that 100th episode of Voyager where Harry Kim and Chakotay had to go back in time to save voyager. I thought that was a cool episode because you could see that Voyager had landed on a planet surface and frozen under the ice. So the ship must have landed or maybe it crashed.

I noticed that when Chakotay landed it on the Demon Planet, he didn't land it as smoothly as Paris did. At least it seemed that way to me. But that might have had something to do with the nature of the planet. And when Janeway had him take the helm right at the very end of the final episode so Paris could go see B'Elanna and their new baby, I thought, "Don't crash it". It seemed he crashed a few shuttles, I recall an old message board that I belonged to that made sort of a joke about it.
