I know this isn't supposed to be a religious part of the forum but I feel inclined to say this. Man twists things. Look at Sex, We have Porn Videos, new ways of "doing it" that are just wrong, And people push pills for sex like it's nothing. Or the Internet, It was a great idea for sharing knowledge! Now it's become virus infected beyond belief and so many sites which are just wrong. I could go on and on, but I'd take up at least a page!

This is probably your subjective view of what is "wrong", based on your upbringing. You have the fundamental right to believe whatever your culture taught you to believe. I was just asking if there was anything specific you didn't understand about evolution, which perhaps I could help with. But as I said, if it is your subjective view of what is "wrong" that prevents you from accepting it, there is nothing I can do.

I've read alot of stuff on the internet about it. Kinda got too much, so I stopped. I really like the idea of evolution. The game Spore looks amazing and really piques my interest. However, I have a hard time understanding and believing it. I don't really know why. I guess after awhile of research I just gave up.
Anyway, I don't think evolution really contradicts with Christianity. I mean, there is a really easy way out, unless I'm mistaken. Evolution says the earth is about 4 billion years old, right? Say God created it to look 4 billion years old, and then let it go on from there. Why? I don't know, just something I thought up.

True, admiral. I don't think Evolution contradicts the idea of a superbeing worthy of worship (God, if you want to say it out loud). This is why I'm trying to walk such a fine between the two concepts, without stepping on any more toes than I can help.

There are some sites that have the good fan fiction, but I have read a couple of paragraphs into several others, and quit. It is rediculous how people can chop up characters and mess everything up. But, it is the person that is doing it, and it is their choice. I am sorry that this will probably not make much sense- as it is almost 4 am in the morning.

No, it makes perfect sense -- which is why when I write Fan Fiction (see our own subsection, hint hint), I make up my own characters.

Atoz. you do a good job with your stories. I think making up your own characters is a good idea, which has worked well for your fan-fiction writing!

That's always nice to hear, Andrew. But I've noticed my last two stories haven't got nearly as many hits as the earlier ones. I guess I need to come up with some better plots!
