I really enjoyed that episode to! It was an interesting look into what could have been, but not a good one in that it would have been very bad for the Nazis to have sucessfully invaded the eastern USA!!!

i caught the end of one of those episodes and it was about time travel (this is where enterprise really messed up, they need to stay consistant with their technology)

It was on the Sci-Fi channel again the other day. I found it confusing, because it wasn't really World War II, it was an alternate timeline version where the Nazis had invaded North America. Plus, let me see if I have this straight... Vosk was stranded in the past, so he was building a time machine so he go back to the future to start the Time War that stranded him in the past? Is that right?

Atoz. Vosk had already started the time war. He went back to the past to escape and was trapped there. He was building the time portal to go back and finish the time war. He lost the time war because the Captain Archer and his crew defeated and destroyed him, which set the time line back to the way it was according to Daniels.
