I dont know about that, I thought Final Frontier was one of the best. The Motion Picture was about bringing back characters that us original fans hadn't seen in years, so it might strike you as boring if unlike us you didnt have to wait years to see it. But its still a pretty fair movie.

I was rather fond of Final Frontier, too. If you want to skip one, skip The Search for Spock.

I'd love to see the whole of the one with the whales...oh dear it's the one I've got the novel of and...the fourth...and now the name has escaped me.
I think I may try and get hold of all of them at one point. I mean even the first because I know what to expect in terms of speed (It's apparently nicknamed the Motionless Picture) so...
And I remembered, it's The Voyage Home that I've seen part of. And part of the Undiscovered Country too (that is the one with the Khitomer Accords right?).

I don't really remember, but Undiscovered Country is the only movie that Klingons really play a big part in, so it must be the one.
