hello everyone sorry i haven't been around, but i since i registered i have no internet, so i apologise. also a bit of bad news: octo last year(2009) i found a lump on my shoulder , i went for tests at hospital and after a month, we found out it is a cancer called hodkgins lymphoma, which i am getting treatment for, with keymo, be another 6 months before its gone. apart from all that. i been fine, and getting on with life. how is everyone these days then?

Glad you could join us, Darkdaz! I sometimes have troubles with Internet connections, too. Sorry to hear about the Hodkgins lymphoma. Is the treatment painful?

no not really, just the nedless that hurt, once its goes in i am alright, have to stay at hospital few days each time while they do the drugs in a drip.
its every 2 to 3 weeks i have to go in..

So which Star Trek series do you usually watch the most? i watch mostly tng and voy but i like them all and thanks for the welcome. an update, i have now finished my treatment and also last scanned showed the cancer has gone completely. now i can get my life back on track

an update, i have now finished my treatment and also last scanned showed the cancer has gone completely. now i can get my life back on track I don't want to be a wet blanket, but from what I understand, the worst thing about Hodgkins is that it re-occurs. Take care of yourself, okay? But what else is new with you?
