I liked that guy, too. But I watched DS9 so seldom, I didn't even know the name of their race was "Vorta".

they can be very influential at times, thing is that weyoun was cloned what 12 times? think they would of got the picture that he was a bad leader after the 3rd try...i found it funny that they thought the founders were gods. Odo was no more different then the rest of his kind, and no one treated him any different. Shows how weak their race is if they believe in a god that can die.

I admired the "Vorta" even though they were the enemies of the federation. I liked the "Weyoun" Character, played by Jeffry Combs who also played some other very good and interesting characters in the star treks series. He was "Brunt" DS9 and "Shran" from Enterprise. He was also in a move called "Frightners" I can't think of any more at this time.

I thought Shran looked familiar somehow, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. And now you mention it, I remember him in "The Frighteners" too. He was the FBI agent, Dammers, right?

I don't remember the name of the episode Of DS9 In which a Vorta was to be exchanged for Quark's and Rom's mother, but what I will always remember is when the Vorta was accidentally shot by Quark's cousin in an argument. His dieing words were "I hate Ferengi"

Hi Galaxy Queen I became a big fan of Jeffrey Combs. He is such a great actor. His voice makes me shiver every time. If you like horror-splatter movies you should take a look at this link... www.imdb.com/name/nm0001062/I didn't know most of his movies but I'm catching up. I rented 6 movies yet : Re-animator 1-3, Necronomicon, Castle Freak and Doctor Mordrid The Re-animator movies were really cool and funny. In Necronomicon Jeff has only a small role as Narrator - not really worth watching. I'll watch the other two tonight and let you know how I liked them. I'd love to see Jeffrey Combs and Alan Rickman in the same movie - he also has a magic voice

I love the Vorta. I even have a website dedicated to them and am writing a fan fiction based around them. There's the whole bad guys bit, but they have a lot of potential. They are really interesting characters that aesthetically really aren't unattractive and yet they use that advantage so well. (You don't look at Weyoun or Keevan and think that they are as dangerous as a Klingon or something.)
