Okay, the big question is...who had all the best lines on Star Trek TOS?

I would say Spock and Dr McCoy, with Kirk in 3rd place. There was a lot of good dialog between Spock and tbe doc!

Kirk and Uhura. I included Uhura not because she had a lot of lines, but because she had one that in my opinion was the Best. In "The Man Trap", when she was trying to get Spock to open up and talk to her, and he kept putting her off with technicalities. She finally asked him to describe his planet Vulcan "on a lazy summer evening when the moon is full." Spock replied, "Vulcan has no moon." And she shot back, "I'm not surprised, Mr. Spock."

Hmmm, I've trying to decide who I think had the best lines but it's hard because Spock, Kirk, and McCoy had the most lines and so I'm trying to think of lines that the rest have said.
Poor Chekov and Sulu seem to be the least favorites...

Do remember that the storyline was ALWAYS focused on Mccoy, Kirk, and Spock in some way.

Chekov had a few good lines, like...
"I am APOLLO!"
"And I am Tzar of all the Russias."

"Roll over, Chekov. Take off your shirt, Chekov. Breathe deeply Chekov. Blood sample, skin sample, marrow sample. If I live long enough, I'm going to run out of samples."
