Hey, why isn't Sisko on the list? He is the mirror image of Gal Dukat. Both are self-righteous jerks, both are the "Emissaries", both are doing whatever they like, with no moral codes, and no answering to anyone.

Wow, did you just come from mirror Bajor or something? I don't think most people see Sisko as you do. Also, is Sisko REALLY more *evil* than Dukat, Weyoun or The Founders?
I voted for The Founders. They have no respect for life - even fear cannot excuse (multiple!) genocide in my opinion.

A Founder "has never harmed another", and all that. So they're not completely without regard for life.

But they are pretty much the same, and that is why there is a connection between them. And so is that brat Major Kira. This is quite a company: 2 self-righteous cult leaders and a terrorist ) How do you even compare this evil gang to a Foundars who are merely want to leave in a universe where noone tries to exterminate them. I can understand them, they cannot exist as an equals to humanoids so they have to exist as gods. And they are a gods not less then a Prophets or Paa Wrathes. And Weyun is a nice guy! I do not remember anything evil he has ever done. Always polite, always calm, no hatered, humble. Try to compare his "I am merely the servant of the Foundars" or Garak's "I am the simple tailor" with "I am the king and the god of this station and the entire quadrant. I am the law and I am the justice! And I'm also a Messia. Is it clear?" behavour of Sisko or Gal Dukat.

I think that Gul Dukat was evil but in different circumstances and a completley differetn job and such he could of been a very productive member of society and not evil at all. Ih he wasnt part of the Cardassian military he wouldn'y of had the chance to do all those evil things. As for Weyun he didn't really have much choice. It was that or use that funny thing on the back of his neck and kill himself....

Dax, I agree with you completely. If Sisko was born in Cardassia, and Dukat on Earth Dukat would be commander of DS9 and Messiah for a Prophets, while Sisko would be commander of Terak Nor and Messiah for Paa Wrath.
And Weyun 6 proved your point about Weyun-s.

Sure Dukat was cartoon evil. The Founders however displayed a very real world ideology of racism that paralleled some of human history's worst empires. Their beliefs and misconceptions about the solids are remarkably similar to Nazi claims regarding the character of the Jews.

At least Foundars were not trying to exterminate all the solids ) That is why humans are indeed the most evil race )

Really? Section 31 had its detractors and its supporters like anything. The Founders were of one mind - domination at any cost, taking whatever they wanted by any means necessary.
I can't find the quotation but wasn't it suggested that that might involve destroying Earth to tame the Federation?

You are right Arkroyal. All species have mistakes and flaws. But most try to improve on them. The founders however, did not. There is certainly no rule saying you have to destroy someting precious to tame the federation. It's not going to help at all!!

Aw, come on, Will. He was just "misunderstood."
I liked Dukat... but I preferred Garak. Hated Dumar.
Can you tell I like Cardassians? [/quote]
Honestly, I don't get you liking Cardassians but hating Damar. He was the one who made Cardassians a proud, independant people again. I do like Garak, though, so I agree with you there.
